This program is based on exploring and nurturing our self-identity through practical creative activities. There will be a specific tool we focus on once a month. You’re welcome to join whenever you’re ready!

You do not need to have any previous knowledge of any of the art practices. However, it can feel encouraging and even exciting when you lean to a smidge of willingness when engaging in creative wellness.

A Guide to Connecting with the Body through Authentic Movement and Storytelling. The event will guide participants through a series of activities that help them develop a unique movement to encapsulate and communicate an aspect of their individual story.
